Dynamic Imaging of Biological Tissues

Dynamic Imaging of Biological Tissues

CD BioSciences is committed to providing leading biophysical technology services to help researchers achieve breakthroughs in the biomedical and life sciences. Our dynamic imaging of biological tissues service combines advanced imaging technology and professional biophysical analysis to provide our clients with high-resolution, high-precision dynamic images that help them gain insight into the structure and function of biological tissues.

Background

Dynamic imaging of biological tissues is critically important in modern life science and medical research. Biological tissues are not static structures but are filled with various dynamic processes, such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration, as well as tissue growth, repair, and regeneration. These dynamic processes are crucial for understanding the fundamental mechanisms of life, the development of diseases, and the study of new therapies.

Conventional imaging techniques, such as fixed tissue sections and conventional microscopy, while providing static images of biological tissues to some extent, are unable to capture real-time changes in these dynamic processes. If we want to accurately understand the intrinsic mechanisms of living organisms, high-resolution, multidimensional as well as multimodal bioimaging tools are needed to obtain information about the dynamic changes of biological systems in real-time and parallel. Currently, the main bio-imaging methods include X-ray, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), bio-optical imaging, radionuclide imaging, ultrasound imaging, mass spectrometry imaging of biological tissues, and electron microscopy imaging. Through dynamic imaging, we can observe cellular interactions, molecular signaling, and dynamic changes in various physiological and pathological processes.

Our Services

  • In Vivo Imaging Services

We provide non-invasive in vivo imaging technology that allows our clients to observe dynamic processes in living organisms in real time under natural conditions, capturing real-time changes in cells and tissues. In addition, our platform combines multiple imaging technologies such as optical microscopy, confocal microscopy, and multiphoton microscopy to provide a comprehensive dynamic imaging solution to meet different research needs.

  • Cellular Imaging Services

Our team utilizes ultra-high resolution microscopy techniques such as STED microscopy and SIM microscopy to provide clients with clear images of the internal structure of cells, revealing their fine structure and function. In addition, we can utilize multi-color fluorescent labeling technology to help pinpoint and dynamically monitor changes in different cellular components, providing rich cell biology data.

  • Tissue Imaging Services

We offer high-resolution imaging of biological tissue sections through laser scanning confocal microscopy and light-sheet microscopy, helping our customers to study the microstructure of tissues in depth. Our experts use light-sheet microscopy technology to perform 3D reconstruction to show the three-dimensional structure and spatial distribution of tissues, allowing customers to fully understand the complex structure of tissues.

Application Areas

  • Cancer research. Our services enable real-time observation of the proliferation, migration, and invasive behavior of tumor cells, evaluating the effects of drug therapy and revealing the mechanism of cancer proliferation.
  • Neuroscience research. Our technology supports the study of neuronal interactions and dynamic changes in neural networks, providing insight into the mechanisms of brain function.
  • Developmental biology research. By monitoring cell division, differentiation, and migration during embryonic development, we can further explore the developmental patterns in early life.
